Hello lovely ladies!
Ah, today has been a spring cleaning kind of day! At first, my goal was just to scrub out my bathroom and drain the sinks. I managed to do that and then I ended up getting carried away and pretty much re-decorated/cleaned out my room. I finally put a WORKING TV in my room and it is so much bigger and awesome! I also switched out my tiny closet dresser for a larger IKEA dresser. And I cleaned out my closet so I could fit the Jessica Simpson luggage and what not! IT’S ALL FINALLY TAKEN CARE OF!! I am pretty sure I lost a couple pounds with all the scrubbing and lifting and what not I’ve done today…ANYWAYS.
Today I want to share with you all a little review on a cleanser that I purchased a few weeks back. Now that I’ve had a few weeks to see results and the sort, I’m finally ready to do a little review for you all!
DISCLAIMER: I was not paid nor asked to do this review. The product was bought with my own money and the results and review are from my own, honest, personal experience.
So, this is the Bioelements Flash Foam Cleanser bottle which I purchased at a local salon for about $34.00. Honestly, this is the most expensive cleanser I’ve purchased since my Proactive days, but this works so much more better. Anyways, I love the packaging and the bottle design. I am a sucker for simplicity and I think they have achieved a great look for their brand. It comes with a little clear cap on top where the foam is dispensed which I like especially when traveling. In other words, the packaging and display of the bottle is great and I LOVE it.
One thing that I look for in a foaming cleanser are super tiny bubbles. The tinier the bubbles, the deeper the cleansing. With small bubbles, you can reach into pores easier and the sort, so it is a MUST that the bubbles be tiny. Luckily, this cleanser has TINY bubbles and the only other cleanser I’ve seen have this tiny of bubbles was my Biore Marshmallow Whip cleanser. This is definitely a plus in my book.
This is how the cleanser looks once you’ve lathered it onto your face…not quite the most flattering picture, but please bare with me here. The foam acts as a gentle exfoliating scrub as well as an exfoliating booster. So, to make the most out of it, I use a exfoliating sponge to get a tad bit more dead skin out of the way. If you’re using it for the night time, I would probably hold off on the sponge and just use clean hands and massage your face. But, this cleanser lathers nicely and as you can tell, my problem areas are on the lower portion of my face, so I tend to use a tad bit more cleanser in those areas.
These are unedited photos of my face afterwards. My skin is tad red from the exfoliate sponge, but overall my skin feels soft, smooth, and firm. Aside from my time of the month, the cleanser has definitely helped my skin clear up. Just for those wondering, I prefer using this cleanser in the morning with the exfoliate sponge in warm water and then shifting to cold water. Overall, this is a great product and definitely worth the $34.00 that I spent on it. Since I have very sensitive and oily skin, this product has also helped with maintaining a healthy balance of oil and what not, so I highly recommend this product for those with sensitive skin. Great job Bioelements~! I am so pleased with your product and I am definitely going to be purchasing from your brand again.
That’s it for my first review on SimplyTaylorRae! I hope you enjoyed it and I am hoping to do more reviews in the future. With that said, I am thinking about also doing a little photo journal-esque type of post on here, but I am still thinking about what to name it and so forth. So, there is still much to look forward to in the future with the website. Next month is going to be a tad bit busy with birthdays, father’s day, concerts, and work and all that jazz, so I will try to keep up with posting as best as possible…maybe I will stay up all night to make sure you guys get your posts! I want to keep a regular posting schedule, which so far is mostly Tuesday unless stated otherwise. But more on that later!! I am so beat from cleaning, so I shall say goodnight here~!
I hope you all have a blessed week and I hope you all enjoyed your Memorial Day weekend. Please stay safe and always remember to Live. Laugh. Smile 🙂
Thanks for Reading~! ❤
